Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days of receiving it. Please be aware we are a small business and so sometimes this may be extended. If you have any special requirements with your order including an expedited delivery please email us first and we will do our best to meet them, however services such as Next Day Delivery are not always possible so please ask first before ordering to avoid disappointment.

If you live in far-flung parts of the UK you probably know that P&P costs a little bit more so please contact us first if you want your goods delivered to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.

We can ship to most places in the world. Please put in your destination for a shipping quote. Not all destinaions can be calculated online. If your destination is not available, please email us.

Please note that we do not make any reductions on our prices when supplying non-EC countries. The non-application of VAT involved will be taken into consideration when calculating the postage charge.

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Privacy & Security

If you set up an account with us, we will collect your name, contact information including your email address. We use this to process your order and provide you with our service. We may use your email address to send you news or offers specifically about Benjamin Pollock's Toyshop. We will NEVER share your information with a third party.

We will do our best to keep all your information secure and have put safeguards in place to prevent any unauthorized access.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Benjamin Pollock's Toyshop. If however, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with an item, please email in the first instance to info@pollocks-coventgarden.co.uk marked RETURNS explaining the reasons. We will send you an email explaining all the terms and conditions of returns but in a nutshell – if you return the goods within 14 days of delivery in the condition it arrived, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the postage. So please do not hesitate to email any questions you have about your purchase and we will endeavor to help you make the best decision. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item is faulty, again please email us in the first instance info@pollocks-coventgarden.co.uk marked RETURNS/FAULTY and we will arrange with you to either replace, credit or give a full refund with postage costs.


Please order through the website. All orders are shipped from an office not the shop. Please email with any queries as the shop staff may not be able to answer your questions. They can of course advise on our products but sometimes they are very busy on the shop floor and we prefer to be able to give our non-present customers our full attention by email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can pay via Paypal using your credit/debit card or account or use the other third party provider SagePay. 

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders by logging in to your account at any time.

Updating Account Information

Keep a record of your login details so if you return to order from the shop your details will be retained.
