Merrythought Bears of Ironbridge, Shropshire have been making their quintessential British Teddy Bears since 1930. We have 12 of the 2012 special limited edition teddy bears handmade by Merrythought to commemorate the London 2012 Olympic Games. He is based on a design from 1948 - the year London last hosted the Olympic Games - and is made from from the finest gold mohair. He wears a satin ribbon, has a hand embroidered nose and has fully moveable joints. The bear has an embroidered London 2012 logo on his foot and comes in a bespoke presentation box. A treasured bear handmade by craftsman - he will last a lifetime.
